sub rosa

The doc thot a dog would be good for David, so we found Rosa. They told us they thought she was German Shepherd/Chow mix, but from her coloring I'm thinking Shepherd/Pit Bull.

Anyway, she's a very affectionate and well-behaved dog. We're very pleased, and she seems to be, too.

She looks like a beautiful dog, and your son looks so happy. Hope they get many years of enjoyment from one another. Nothing nicer than a boy and his dog. Take care, Meow

great-looking dog! Don't let David read Where The Red Fern Grows right now. :)
That'll be nice for him to have a four-legged friend.

been waiting for the post/comment on: isn't it great that david & rosa can lounge on the CARPETED floor, rather than NOT being able to lounge on cold, hardware floors. apparently another point in favor of cozy carpeting!

(had to leave for a while...) also meant to say that probably the reason you haven't added anything lately is that you're hard at work on our project, yes? ;-)

right on both counts, si:

1) hard at work on your project, and
2) i think the advantages inherent in carpet are obvious in the photo

and si, i've never seen a hardware floor... i can't help but think it's mighty lumpy and uncomfortable.

"hardware" floors! never heard of them? not sure where that came from (never even noticed!). maybe it "flowed" since bryan didn't give me a bad time about it -- he really missed an opportunity (and he would have had every right to do so).

i'm sure that with the way i've been thinking/writing lately, there *will* be other opportunties (to make fun, i mean).

misspelled "opportunities" too! regressing rapidly -- it's coinciding with this new "age"...

that's okay... i was actually just looking at this post and thinking that it might be more accurately titled "super rosa" or "sub david".

but i've got far too little profitable occupation if this is what i'm thinking about 3 weeks before the end of the term.
