what i had for breakfast today
4 eggs scrambled
home fried potatoes
3 small sausages
2 pieces of mango
2 slices of toast w/ strawberry jam
orange juice
i think in all it was about a hundred million calories. but man was it good.
Updated irregularly, with wildly varying degrees of enthusiasm and skill.

I am at the edge of my seat awaiting "what I had for lunch" post! ;)
I sure hope you don't have that kind of meal every day. Sheesh, I think I hear your arteries begging for mercy!

If we just wait a few years, someone will come out with a study to show that eggs and sausages actually lower cholersterol. Eat what you want to.
