This is obviously a joke.
Very funny
Could be a joke, but I also think it could easily be for real.
The guy's attempting to employ psychology loosely based in pick-up stuff that works, but twisted into something incredible, even glorious in its complete disasterness. I think there are naive, insecure women who would see him as masterful (ie, alpha) and respond to him. Of course, most women (and all men) realize instantly that he's an utter tool...
Bryan, what is an utter tool?
Is that like a breast pump?
I would just call him a jerk.
