BONDAGE & RAPE
It's hard to know what to do about this. On the one hand, the more we we see and hear something, the more "normal" and reasonable it will seem to us. You can make a case that ads like #2 move us toward norming sexual assualt. On the other hand, sex sells and always has, and how far do we want to go in policing speech? "Light" bondage is (apparently) fairly common in America. And while real rape is criminal and horrifying, it's a fact that rape fantasy is pretty common among both sexes. The difference is that fantasy is at core consensual, and is a stylized, romanticized, safe version of the thing -- which is precisely how I'd describe that advertisement. So...

Agree with this one. Don't like the little-girl aspects of this ad. Doesn't seem healthy to me.
